•Orders from the time placed will ship out depending on the item within 5-7 business days!
•Custom made orders from the time placed will ship out within 7-14 business days.
• We are unable to process refunds for orders once they have shipped, all package returns are eligible for reshipment if original package is received back to headquarters.
•Orders outside of the US (Canada Only) might have longer arrival times on shipped items!
•All items are mailed through USPS.
•Tracking Info is provided once your item has shipped!
•Please file a claim on any mailing items that are delayed to ensure you receive a refund once items have shipped.
•Any delays, or missing items once shipped must be handled directly with the USPS!
•We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property caused by USPS mailing services.
