Shay Koloff is the founder and owner of Zenith Moon Co. She moved to Colorado in 2020 to pursue a healthier lifestyle after having battled her own health issues and her daughter being born with physical and learning disabilities. She got involved with gardening and landscaping and turned her health struggles around when she began growing her own vegetables and herbs. It was her love that grew for natural remedies that were grown in her own garden, that sparked the idea to expand into herbal teas. Upon moving she became certified and built a large clientele. She has become the cities most trusted black herbalist! 

She brought HPOC to the city in 2024 collaborating with the existing non profit organization to create the Colorado Springs chapter. Her mission has grown as she has built community initiatives and opportunities for people to give back! 

As the owner of Zenith Moon Co, an award winning herbal product company that specializes in custom herbal blends and education - she is dedicated to offering classes, workshop, and interactive maker space sessions within the Potted Zen Studio offers a space to create and offers an herbal haven for those who seek to learn. 

We are recycle friendly with our shipping and believe in minimal waste. All product comes in glass reusable bottles and biodegradable paper packaging with no useless filler.
